This is effective as part of a programme of dealing with the thoughts, feelings and emotions which influence our behaviour. Remarkably our brains appear to be able to ‘Reprogramme’ hunger signals which tell us that we are full after consuming smaller amounts of food.
How much does it cost?
The Weight Control Programme consists of four sessions:
- The First Session is to get to know you and discuss how it works. We also take a detailed history. We will do a relaxation treatment and also if there is a particular food that you enjoy but would like to give up we will do some aversion therapy so that the food you wish to give up is no longer a problem for you.
- The Second Session will involve a longer relaxation with some suggestion on how to improve your habits with food.
- On the Third session we will introduce a new tool to help with cravings
- The Fourth Session will involve asking how you are getting on and re-enforcing through Hypnotherapy all the tools that you have learnt so far!
This Weight Loss Package costs £275.00 (4 sessions)
